With the contract in place, we dive deep into your design project. Precise measurements are taken, and important project details are uncovered. This phase is where your vision begins to take shape, evolving into a tailored interior design concept crafted around your lifestyle and unique needs.

Development
You approved the initial concept! Now it’s time to refine it. We’ve been listening, selecting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to ensure every design choice aligns with your aesthetic and practical goals.

Documentation
We create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings (as needed) to bring your design to life. These documents provide a precise roadmap for the bid process and purchasing, so you know exactly what to expect as your project builds momentum.

Project Management
Pre-construction board approval is critical. We’ve helped many clients navigate complex HOA submittal packages and neighbors.
While your contractor oversees construction, we schedule regular site visits around key milestones to ensure quality and progress. We keep you updated, proactively resolving issues to avoid surprises.
